Pinkston Vikings (Dallas, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Carter Cowboys (Dallas, TX), 21-3 in a league challenge.

The Vikings now own a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they host Lincoln for a 4A Region II District 12 challenge on Saturday, April 9.

With the loss, Carter falls to 1-7 on the campaign. The Cowboys host North Dallas (Dallas, TX) to battle the Bulldogs in a 4A Region II District 12 challenge on Friday, April 8.
