The crowd at Wednesday's league match between the Harnett Central Trojans (Angier, NC) and the visiting E.E. Smith Golden Bulls (Fayetteville, NC), saw Harnett Central's softball squad achieve victory over E.E. Smith by a count of 8-0.

The Trojans now sport a 11-1 record. They take the field next when they host Cedar Ridge for a non-league match on Monday, April 11. Harnett Central will face a Fighting Red Wolves squad coming off a 4-3 league loss to Person (Roxboro, NC). The Fighting Red Wolves record now stands at 6-7.

With the loss, E.E. Smith falls to 2-9 on the campaign. The Golden bulls travel to Westover (Fayetteville, NC) to face the Wolverines in a All American 3A/4A match on Tuesday, April 12. The Wolverines enter the match with a record of 0-8.
