California High School Baseball - Argonaut wallops Amador

Argonaut Mustangs (Jackson, CA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Amador Buffaloes (Sutter Creek, CA), 11-1 in a league test.

With the win, Argonaut upgrades its record to 8-1 on the season. The Mustangs host El Dorado (Placerville, CA) to battle the Cougars in a non-league test on Saturday, April 8. The Cougars come into the test with a record of 3-9. El Dorado lost 8-7 in their recent non-league game against El Camino (Sacramento, CA)

The Buffaloes (5-6) will now prepare for their game against Bear Creek (Stockton, CA). The Bruins go into the non-league game with a 3-11 record. In their last game, Bear Creek was overwhelmed by Linden (Linden, CA), 3-2, in a league game.
