Georgia High School Baseball - Covenant Academy can't hold off Georgia Military College

In Thursday's non-league game, the host Georgia Military College Bulldogs baseball team scored a tight 5-4 victory over the Covenant Academy .
The Bulldogs (12-7) will now prepare for their game against Wilkinson County (Irwinton, GA). The Warriors go into the 1A D-II Area 5 game with a 2-10 record. In their last game, Wilkinson County was edged by Glascock County (Gibson, GA), 15-0, in a league game.
The (4-7) will now prepare for their game against Windsor Academy (Macon, GA). The Knights go into the GIAA AA District 6 game with a 5-5 record. In their last game, Windsor Academy was edged by Rock Springs Christian Academy (Milner, GA), 11-1, in a non-league game.
