The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Manheim Central Barons (Manheim, PA) and the visiting Ephrata Mountaineers (Ephrata, PA), saw Manheim Central's volleyball squad beat Ephrata by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, Manheim Central upgrades its record to 4-0 on the year. The Barons travel to Lebanon (Lebanon, PA) to play the Cedars in a Lancaster Lebanon Section Two bout on Thursday, April 13. The Cedars go into the bout with a record of 0-3.
The Mountaineers now own a 2-5 record. They play next when they host Lancaster Mennonite for a Lancaster Lebanon Section Two bout on Tuesday, April 11. Ephrata will play a Blazers squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Cocalico (Denver, PA). The Blazers record now stands at 1-6.
