Palisade Bulldogs (Palisade, CO) fans were thrilled Thursday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Eagle Valley Devils (Gypsum, CO), 3-2 in a league challenge.

Next, the Bulldogs confront the Glenwood Springs Demons (Glenwood Springs, CO) in a 4A Western Slope challenge, on Saturday, April 8. Palisade will attempt to better on its 5-2 season record. The Demons enter the challenge with a 0-3 record after their 2-1 league loss to Steamboat Springs (Steamboat Springs, CO).

The Devils now have a 2-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Grand Junction for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 8. Eagle Valley will confront a Tigers team coming off a 10-0 league loss to Fruita Monument (Fruita, CO). The Tigers record now stands at 0-5.
