Alamogordo Tigers (Alamogordo, NM) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Organ Mountain Knights (Las Cruces, NM), 4-1 in a league challenge.

The Tigers now own a 10-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Organ Mountain for a 5A District 3 challenge on Thursday, April 6. Alamogordo will face a Knights squad coming off a 3-2 league loss to Alamogordo (Alamogordo, NM). The Knights record now stands at 13-2.

With the loss, Organ Mountain falls to 13-4 on the campaign. The Knights host Alamogordo (Alamogordo, NM) to face the Tigers in a 5A District 3 challenge on Thursday, April 6.
