Americas Trail Blazers (El Paso, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Pebble Hills Spartans (El Paso, TX), 10-3 in a league challenge.

The Trail Blazers now own a 13-14 record. They take the field next when they host Eastwood for a 6A Region I District 1 challenge on Tuesday, April 11. Americas will face a Troopers squad coming off a 4-3 league win over Coronado (El Paso, TX). The Troopers record now stands at 18-11.

With the loss, Pebble Hills falls to 10-11 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Socorro (El Paso, TX) to face the Bulldogs in a 6A Region I District 1 challenge on Tuesday, April 11. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a record of 14-13. Socorro won 7-4 in their recent league challenge against Eastlake (El Paso, TX)
