Texas High School Softball - Brock holds off Early

Brock Eagles (Brock, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Early Longhorns (Early, TX), 6-4 in a league challenge.
The Eagles now own a 9-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Comanche for a 3A Region I District 8 challenge on Tuesday, April 11.
With the loss, Early falls to 22-4 on the campaign. The Longhorns travel to Peaster (Peaster, TX) to face the Greyhounds in a 3A Region I District 8 challenge on Tuesday, April 11. The Greyhounds enter the challenge with a record of 9-8.
