The Coldwater Cardinals routed the visiting Bronson Vikings softball squad by a count of 11-1 in Thursday's non-league battle.
The Cardinals (2-2) will now prepare for their battle against Gull Lake (Richland, MI). The Blue Devils go into the non-league battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, Gull Lake was routed by Holt (Holt, MI), 6-5, in a non-league battle.
The Vikings now sport a 0-2 record. They play next when they host Concord for a Big 8 battle on Tuesday, April 11. Bronson will meet a Yellowjackets squad coming off a 6-5 non-league loss to East Jackson (Jackson, MI). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 0-1.
