The Pirates now sport a 14-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Citrus for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 11. Crystal River will face a Hurricanes squad coming off a 14-2 league win over Weeki Wachee (Weeki Wachee, FL). The Hurricanes record now stands at 11-4.

With the loss, Central falls to 4-11 on the campaign. The Bears travel to Nature Coast Tech (Brooksville, FL) to face the Sharks in a 4A District 5 challenge on Tuesday, April 11. The Sharks enter the challenge with a record of 9-9. Nature Coast Tech won 8-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Lecanto (Lecanto, FL)
