The Trumann Wildcats routed the visiting Forrest City Mustangs softball squad by a count of 20-5 in Thursday's league battle.

The Wildcats (4-5) will now prepare for their battle against Forrest City (Forrest City, AR). The Mustangs go into the 4A-3 battle with a 2-8 record. In their last battle, Forrest City was routed by Westside (Jonesboro, AR), 20-0, in a league battle.
