With the triumph, Holton moves its record to 3-1 on the year. The Wildcats host Perry-Lecompton (Perry, KS) to clash with the Kaws in a Big Seven game on Monday, April 10. In their next game, the Chargers clash with the McLouth Bulldogs (McLouth, KS) in a Northeast Kansas battle, on Monday, April 10. Jefferson County North will attempt to advance on its 4-2 season record. The Bulldogs go into the battle with a 3-0 record after their 15-0 non-league win over Oskaloosa (Oskaloosa, KS).
