In Thursday's league outing, the host Sulphur Springs Wildcats softball team scored a nice 10-0 win over the Pittsburg Pirates.
Coming up next, the Wildcats battle the North Lamar Panthers (Paris, TX) in a 4A Region II District 15 outing, on Tuesday, April 11. Sulphur Springs will attempt to upgrade on its 21-4 season record.
The Pirates (1-11) will now prepare for their outing against Pleasant Grove (Texarkana, TX). The Hawks enter the 4A Region II District 15 outing with a 5-9 record. In their last outing, Pleasant Grove ran past Liberty-Eylau (Texarkana, TX), 12-0, in a league outing.
