The West Mesquite Wranglers softball team scored 19 runs and limited the visiting Seagoville Dragons to 1 in the Wranglers league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, West Mesquite moves its record to 12-6 on the year. The Wranglers travel to Samuell (Dallas, TX) to clash with the Spartans in a 5A Region II District 12 game on Tuesday, April 11. The Spartans come into the game with a record of 4-7. Samuell lost 22-0 in their recent league game against North Mesquite (Mesquite, TX)

In their next game, the Dragons clash with the Adams Cougars (Dallas, TX) in a 5A Region II District 12 game, on Wednesday, April 12. Seagoville will attempt to move on its 1-15 season record. The Cougars come into the game with a 3-11 record after their 16-0 league loss to Poteet (Mesquite, TX).
