The Avon Old Farms Beavers baseball team scored 5 runs and limited the visiting Trinity-Pawling School Pride to 4 in the Beavers league victory on Saturday.

The Beavers (4-0) will now prepare for their match against Choate Rosemary Hall School (Wallingford, CT). The Wild Boars go into the Founders match with a 4-0 record. In their last match, Choate Rosemary Hall School edged Hotchkiss School (Lakeville, CT), 4-3, in a league match.

The Pride (0-3) will now prepare for their match against Taft School (Watertown, CT). The Big Red go into the Founders match with a 2-1 record. In their last match, Taft School edged St. Luke's (New Canaan, CT), 23-9, in a non-league match.
