Mississippi High School Baseball - Bogue Chitto loses to North Pike

The North Pike Jaguars crushed the visiting Bogue Chitto Bobcats baseball team by a count of 13-1 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Jaguars now possess a 10-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to South Jones for a 5A Region 3 bout on Tuesday, April 9. North Pike will face a Braves team coming off a 9-2 league win over Brookhaven (Brookhaven, MS). The Braves record now stands at 18-3.
Next, the Bobcats face the Amite County Trojans (Liberty, MS) in a 2A Region 7 bout, on Monday, April 8. Bogue Chitto will attempt to move on its 10-9 season record. The Trojans enter the bout with a 3-11 record after their 13-0 league loss to Loyd Star (Brookhaven, MS).
