The Caldwell Redskins crushed the host Buckeye Trail Warriors baseball team by a count of 13-1 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Redskins now possess a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Barnesville for a Ohio Valley Athletic AAA bout on Monday, April 8. Caldwell will face a Shamrocks team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Garaway (Sugarcreek, OH). The Shamrocks record now stands at 5-0.
Next, the Warriors face the Monroe Central Seminoles (Woodsfield, OH) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, April 9. Buckeye Trail will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Seminoles enter the bout with a 5-2 record after their 7-6 league win over Shenandoah (Sarahsville, OH).
