The Gardena Panthers baseball team scored 7 runs and limited the visiting Vaughn White Tigers to 0 in the Panthers non-league victory on Saturday.
The Panthers (4-11) will now prepare for their match against Banning (Wilmington, CA). The Pilots go into the Marine match with a 9-7 record. In their last match, Banning was overwhelmed by Venice (Los Angeles, CA), 2-0, in a non-league match.
The White Tigers (2-10) will now prepare for their match against Sherman Oaks CES (Reseda, CA). The Knights go into the Valley match with a 4-5 record. In their last match, Sherman Oaks CES edged Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences (Granada Hills, CA), 14-4, in a league match.
