The Little Chute Mustangs baseball team scored 10 runs and limited the host Waupaca Comets to 0 in the Mustangs league victory on Saturday.

The Mustangs (1-0) will now prepare for their match against Denmark (Denmark, WI). The Vikings go into the North Eastern challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, Denmark notched a victory over Fox Valley Lutheran (Appleton, WI), 4-1, in a league challenge.

With the defeat, Waupaca falls to 0-1 on the season. The Comets host Oconto Falls (Oconto Falls, WI) to battle the Panthers in a North Eastern challenge on Tuesday, April 9. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 1-1. Oconto Falls lost 4-1 in their recent league challenge against Luxemburg-Casco (Luxemburg, WI)
