In Saturday's league battle, the host Harlem Huskies volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Jefferson J-Hawks.
The Huskies (9-3) will now prepare for their battle against Guilford (Rockford, IL). The Vikings come into the Northern Illinois NIC-10 battle with a 6-1 record. In their last battle, Guilford achieved victory over Hononegah (Rockton, IL), 2-0, in a league battle.
Next, the J-Hawks clash with the Belvidere North Blue Thunder (Belvidere, IL) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, April 11. Jefferson will attempt to advance on its 2-5 season record. The Blue Thunder come into the battle with a 2-5 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Christian Life (Rockford, IL).
