The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Benet Academy Redwings (Lisle, IL) and the visiting Lincoln-Way Central Knights (New Lenox, IL), saw Benet Academy's lacrosse team top Lincoln-Way Central by a margin of 15-4.
The Redwings (7-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Nazareth Academy (LaGrange Park, IL). The Roadrunners enter the East Suburban Catholic challenge with a 5-1 record. In their last challenge, Nazareth Academy was overwhelmed by DePaul College Prep (Chicago, IL), 10-6, in a non-league challenge.
The Knights (1-3) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Charles East/North (St. Charles, IL). The Fighting Saints enter the non-league challenge with a 1-3 record. In their last challenge, St. Charles East/North beat Naperville North (Naperville, IL), 16-11, in a non-league challenge.
