East Chapel Hill Wildcats (Chapel Hill, NC) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad gain a win over the visiting Middle Creek Mustangs (Apex, NC), 7-5 in a non-league battle.

The Wildcats now have a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they host Orange for a non-league battle on Friday, April 12.

In their next game, the Mustangs clash with the Apex Friendship Patriots (Apex, NC) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, April 9. Middle Creek will attempt to move on its 6-4 season record. The Patriots come into the battle with a 6-1 record after their 14-1 non-league win over Pinecrest (Southern Pines, NC).
