The Ariton Purple Cats softball team (Ariton, AL), was tipped 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test with the visiting Slocomb Red Tops (Slocomb, AL)

Coming up next, the Red Tops encounter the Long Rebels (Skipperville, AL) in a non-league test, on Monday, April 8. Slocomb will attempt to improve on its 19-3 season record. The Rebels come into the test with a 11-8 record after their 4-0 league win over Ariton (Ariton, AL).
