Ohio High School Softball - Mt. Gilead bounces Berne Union

Spectators at Saturday's non-league match between the Mt. Gilead Indians (Mt. Gilead, OH) and the host Berne Union Rockets (Sugar Grove, OH), witnessed Mt. Gilead's softball squad tip Berne Union by a count of 16-12.

The Indians now sport a 2-4 record. They play next when they travel to Berne Union for a non-league match on Saturday, April 6. Mt. Gilead will face a Rockets squad coming off a 12-2 league win over Bishop Rosecrans (Zanesville, OH). The Rockets record now stands at 4-2.
