Southeastern Local Trojans (South Charleston, OH) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Blanchester Wildcats (Blanchester, OH), 10-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Trojans now own a 7-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Greenon for a Ohio Heritage South challenge on Tuesday, April 9. Southeastern Local will battle a Knights squad coming off a 11-0 non-league loss to Mechanicsburg (Mechanicsburg, OH). The Knights record now stands at 2-4.

With the loss, Blanchester falls to 0-9 on the campaign. The Wildcats host East Clinton (Sabina, OH) to battle the Astros in a Southern Buckeye AA - National challenge on Monday, April 8. The Astros enter the challenge with a record of 0-2.
