The Glenbard South Raiders the visiting Fenton Bison softball squad by a final score of 6-3 in Saturday's league battle.
The Raiders (1-2) will now prepare for their battle against West Chicago (West Chicago, IL). The Wildcats go into the Upstate Eight battle with a 2-0 record. In their last battle, West Chicago nudged Hoffman Estates (Hoffman Estates, IL), 11-0, in a non-league battle.
The Bison now possess a 3-3 record. They play next when they host Elgin for a Upstate Eight battle on Monday, April 8. Fenton will meet a Maroons squad coming off a 19-1 league loss to Larkin (Elgin, IL). The Maroons record now stands at 0-3.
