The Taylor Tigers (Taylor, AR) softball routed the host Junction City Dragons (Junction City, AR), 17-0 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Tigers (13-2) will now prepare for their bout against Lafayette County (Stamps, AR). The Cougars go into the 1A Region 8 bout with a 0-5 record.
The Dragons now possess a 7-8 record. They play next when they host Horatio for a non-league bout on Saturday, April 6. Junction City will confront a Lions squad coming off a 8-6 league win over Spring Hill (Hope, AR). The Lions record now stands at 10-5.
