The Los Alamos Hilltoppers softball team scored 10 runs and limited the host Pojoaque Valley Elks/Elkettes to 8 in the Hilltoppers league triumph on Saturday.

With the triumph, Los Alamos moves its record to 9-9 on the year. The Hilltoppers travel to Moriarty (Moriarty, NM) to play the Pintos in a 4A District 2 game on Wednesday, April 10. The Pintos come into the game with a record of 9-5. Moriarty lost 3-1 in their recent league game against Pojoaque Valley (Pojoaque, NM)

In their next game, the Elks/Elkettes play the Taos Tigers (Taos, NM) in a 4A District 2 game, on Wednesday, April 10. Pojoaque Valley will attempt to move on its 3-14 season record. The Tigers come into the game with a 5-8 record after their 14-13 league win over Espanola Valley (Espanola, NM).
