The crowd at Saturday's non-league match between the Paris Eagles (Paris, AR) and the visiting Ozark Hillbillies (Ozark, AR), saw Paris's softball squad nip Ozark by a count of 11-10.

The Eagles now sport a 4-13 record. They take the field next when they host Cedarville for a 3A Region 4 match on Tuesday, April 9. Paris will face a Pirates squad coming off a 9-0 non-league loss to Charleston (Charleston, AR). The Pirates record now stands at 1-7.

With the loss, Ozark falls to 7-8 on the campaign. The Hillbillies host Pottsville (Pottsville, AR) to face the Apaches in a 4A Region 4 match on Tuesday, April 9. The Apaches enter the match with a record of 13-5. Pottsville won 5-2 in their recent league match against Morrilton (Morrilton, AR)
