With the triumph, Poteet moves its record to 20-9 on the year. The Pirates host Conrad (Dallas, TX) to clash with the Chargers in a 5A Region II District 12 game on Wednesday, April 10. The Chargers come into the game with a record of 1-7.

In their next game, the Timberwolves clash with the Seagoville Dragons (Dallas, TX) in a 5A Region II District 12 game, on Tuesday, April 9. Spruce will attempt to move on its 2-11 season record.
