In Thursday's non-league game, the visiting Amesbury Indians baseball team scored a tight 7-1 victory over the Whittier RVT Wildcats.
The Indians (1-1) will now prepare for their game against Rockport (Rockport, MA). The Vikings go into the CAL Baker game with a 0-0 record.
The Wildcats (1-1) will now prepare for their game against Georgetown (Georgetown, MA). The Royals go into the non-league game with a 2-2 record. In their last game, Georgetown tipped Mystic Valley Regional (Malden, MA), 8-2, in a non-league game.
