Illinois High School Baseball - Lutheran loses to Pawnee

The Pawnee Indians crushed the visiting Lutheran Crusaders baseball team by a count of 14-0 in Thursday's league bout.

The Indians now possess a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Tri-City for a bout on Saturday, April 9. Pawnee will face a Tornadoes team coming off a 16-1 non-league loss to Auburn (Auburn, IL). The Tornadoes record now stands at 0-1.

Next, the Crusaders face the Metro-East Lutheran Knights (Edwardsville, IL) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, April 9. Lutheran will attempt to move on its 2-5 season record. The Knights enter the bout with a 1-7 record after their 14-0 league loss to Father McGivney Catholic (Glen Carbon, IL).
