In Thursday's league test, the host Casa Grande Gauchos lacrosse squad scored a tight 13-7 victory over the Rancho Cotate Cougars.
The Gauchos now have a 8-4 record. They take the field next when they host Cardinal Newman for a Vine Valley test on Friday, April 8. Casa Grande will face a Cardinals squad coming off a 13-5 league win over Windsor (Windsor, CA). The Cardinals record now stands at 6-4.
In their next game, the Cougars face the Windsor Jaguars (Windsor, CA) in a Vine Valley test, on Friday, April 8. Rancho Cotate will attempt to move on its 1-5 season record. The Jaguars come into the test with a 1-9 record after their 13-5 league loss to Cardinal Newman (Santa Rosa, CA).
