The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Cannon Cougars (Concord, NC) and the host Christ School Greenies (Arden, NC), saw Cannon's lacrosse team achieve victory over Christ School by a margin of 10-4.

The Cougars (6-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Charlotte Latin (Charlotte, NC). The Hawks enter the NCISAA - Division I challenge with a 2-7 record. In their last challenge, Charlotte Latin was overwhelmed by Charlotte Christian (Charlotte, NC), 11-7, in a league challenge.

The Greenies (6-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Cardinal Gibbons (Raleigh, NC). The Crusaders enter the non-league challenge with a 11-2 record. In their last challenge, Cardinal Gibbons edged Enloe (Raleigh, NC), 18-0, in a league challenge.
