In Thursday's league test, the host East Providence Townies lacrosse squad scored a good 10-2 victory over the Classical Purples.
The Townies now have a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cranston East for a Division 4 test on Monday, April 11. East Providence will face a Thunderbolts squad coming off a 10-6 league loss to North Smithfield (North Smithfield, RI). The Thunderbolts record now stands at 1-1.
In their next game, the Purples face the North Smithfield Northmen (North Smithfield, RI) in a Division 4 test, on Tuesday, April 12. Classical will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Northmen come into the test with a 2-1 record after their 10-6 league win over North Providence (North Providence, RI).
