In Thursday's league game, the Porter-Gaud Cyclones (Charleston, SC) soccer squad overwhelmed the visiting First Baptist School Hurricanes (Charleston, SC), by a count of 6-2.
The Cyclones (2-5) will now prepare for their game against Laurence Manning Academy (Manning, SC). The Swampcats go into the SCISA AAA Region II game with a 0-10 record. In their last game, Laurence Manning Academy by Trinity Collegiate (Darlington, SC), 4-0, in a non-league game.
The Hurricanes (3-4) will now prepare for their game against Wilson Hall (Sumter, SC). The Barons go into the non-league game with a 6-4 record.
