Barstow Aztecs (Barstow, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Adelanto Saints (Adelanto, CA), 11-1 in a league challenge.

The Aztecs now own a 14-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Victor Valley for a Desert Sky challenge on Tuesday, April 12. Barstow will battle a Jackrabbits squad coming off a 5-2 league loss to Silverado (Victorville, CA). The Jackrabbits record now stands at 10-5.

With the loss, Adelanto falls to 3-14 on the campaign. The Saints travel to Granite Hills (Apple Valley, CA) to battle the Cougars in a Desert Sky challenge on Tuesday, April 12. The Cougars enter the challenge with a record of 5-12. Granite Hills lost 7-2 in their recent league challenge against Silverado (Victorville, CA)
