The crowd at Thursday's league match between the Kalamazoo Christian Comets (Kalamazoo, MI) and the host Bridgman Bees (Bridgman, MI), saw Kalamazoo Christian's softball squad nip Bridgman by a count of 10-3.

The Comets now sport a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Constantine for a Southwestern - Valley match on Tuesday, April 12.
