James Wood Colonels (Winchester, VA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Handley Judges (Winchester, VA), 25-0 in a league challenge.

The Colonels now own a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they host Sherando for a Northwestern challenge on Tuesday, April 12.

With the loss, Handley falls to 0-5 on the campaign. The Judges travel to Skyline (Front Royal, VA) to battle the Hawks in a Northwestern challenge on Monday, April 11. The Hawks come into the game with a record of 2-1. Skyline lost 3-1 in their recent league game against Central Woodstock (Woodstock, VA)
