The North Mustangs softball team scored 19 runs and limited the visiting South Mountain Jaguars to 4 in the Mustangs league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, North moves its record to 9-8 on the year. The Mustangs host Mesa (Mesa, AZ) to clash with the Jackrabbits in a non-league game on Monday, April 11. The Jackrabbits come into the game with a record of 2-9. Mesa lost 7-3 in their recent league game against Dobson (Mesa, AZ)

In their next game, the Jaguars clash with the Kofa Kings (Yuma, AZ) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, April 12. South Mountain will attempt to move on its 1-12 season record. The Kings come into the game with a 8-9 record after their 10-0 league loss to Cibola (Yuma, AZ).
