Riverside Panthers (Decaturville, TN) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Trinity Christian Academy Lions (Jackson, TN), 9-8 in a non-league challenge.

The Panthers now own a 10-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Wayne County for a non-league challenge on Friday, April 8.

With the loss, Trinity Christian Academy falls to 5-5 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Dyersburg (Dyersburg, TN) to face the Trojans in a non-league challenge on Friday, April 8.
