The Lexington Bulldogs crushed the visiting Little Axe Indians baseball team by a count of 14-3 in Friday's league bout.
The Bulldogs now possess a 5-16 record. They take the field next when they host Heritage Hall for a non-league bout on Monday, April 10. Lexington will face a Chargers team coming off a 4-2 non-league loss to Lincoln Christian (Tulsa, OK). The Chargers record now stands at 13-2.
Next, the Indians face the Bethel Wildcats (Shawnee, OK) in a 3A District 3 bout, on Tuesday, April 11. Little Axe will attempt to move on its 0-8 season record. The Wildcats enter the bout with a 12-4 record after their 6-2 non-league loss to Elgin (Elgin, OK).
