Clinton Central Bulldogs (Michigantown, IN) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Frankfort Hot Dogs (Frankfort, IN), 18-4 in a non-league challenge.

The Bulldogs now own a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they host Cascade for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 8. Clinton Central will face a Cadets squad coming off a 11-4 non-league win over Terre Haute South Vigo (Terre Haute, IN). The Cadets record now stands at 2-0.

With the loss, Frankfort falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Hot dogs travel to Lebanon (Lebanon, IN) to face the Tigers in a Sagamore challenge on Tuesday, April 11. The Tigers enter the challenge with a record of 7-0. Lebanon won 9-8 in their recent non-league challenge against Blackford (Hartford City, IN)
