The Clinton Gaels (Clinton, MA) softball routed the visiting Oakmont Regional Spartans (Ashburnham, MA), 11-1 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Gaels (2-0) will now prepare for their bout against Ayer Shirley (Ayer, MA). The Panthers go into the Midland-Wachusett D bout with a 0-2 record.

The Spartans now possess a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Littleton for a non-league bout on Friday, April 14.
