Washington Latin Public Charter School Lions (Washington, DC) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting KIPP College Prep Panthers (Washington, DC), 21-5 in a league challenge.
The Lions now own a 4-0 record. They take the field next when they host Idea for a DCPCSAA challenge on Monday, April 10.
With the loss, KIPP College Prep falls to 4-1 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Richard Wright Public Charter School (Washington, DC) to battle the Spartans in a DCPCSAA challenge on Monday, April 10. The Spartans enter the challenge with a record of 0-3.
