The Lincoln County Lynx softball team (Panaca, NV), was routed 6-3 in Friday's league test with the visiting Needles Mustangs (Needles, CA)

Coming up next, the Mustangs encounter the Varsity Opponent (, ) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, April 11. Needles will attempt to improve on its 16-4 season record.

The Lynx (8-5) will now prepare for their test against Democracy Prep Agassi Campus (Las Vegas, NV). The Blue Knights go into the 2A- Southern bout with a 0-3 record. In their last bout, Democracy Prep Agassi Campus was routed by The Meadows School (Las Vegas, NV), 20-2, in a league bout.
