Pennsylvania High School Baseball - McDowell wallops Erie

April 7, 2025: Erie, PA 16506

The McDowell Trojans baseball team scored 18 runs and held the visiting Erie Royals to 3 in the Trojans league win on Monday.

The Trojans now own a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Harbor Creek for a test on Wednesday, April 9. McDowell will clash with a Huskies team coming off a 12-2 non-league win over Fort LeBoeuf (Waterford, PA). The Huskies record now stands at 4-2.

With the defeat, Erie drops to 1-4 on the year. The Royals travel to Meadville (Meadville, PA) to clash with the Bulldogs in a test on Wednesday, April 9. The Bulldogs go into the test with a record of 3-2. Meadville won 7-2 in their recent non-league test against Warren (Warren, PA)
