The crowd at Monday's non-league battle between the Fairview Panthers (Grant, LA) and the visiting Midland Rebels (Midland, LA), saw Fairview's baseball team gain a win over Midland by a tally of 11-1.

The Panthers (10-6) will now prepare for their battle against Elizabeth (Elizabeth, LA). The Bulldogs enter the B District 4 battle with a 22-9 record. In their last battle, Elizabeth was overwhelmed by Northwood (Shreveport, LA), 5-2, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Rebels face the Hathaway Hornets (Jennings, LA) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, April 8. Midland will attempt to upgrade on its 8-11 season record. The Hornets enter the battle with a 3-11 record after their 6-5 non-league win over Northside Christian (Crowley, LA).
