In Monday's league challenge, the host Cleveland Cavaliers volleyball team scored a close 2-1 victory over the Birmingham Patriots.

The Cavaliers (5-9) will now prepare for their challenge against El Camino Real (Woodland Hills, CA). The Royals go into the battle with a 3-4 record. In their last battle, El Camino Real was edged by Granada Hills Charter (Granada Hills, CA), 2-0, in a league battle.

The Patriots now own a 2-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Chatsworth for a battle on Wednesday, April 9. Birmingham will encounter a Chancellors squad coming off a 2-1 league win over Taft (Woodland Hills, CA). The Chancellors record now stands at 25-3.
